You book a FREE 15 minute call with me to discuss your little one’s sleep challenges and the methods I use. We will look at your goals and how I can help you! This is all about getting to know each other so i’ll share some little bits about me too and the packages I have to offer you.
I will send you an invoice and then ask you to complete around 3 days worth of sleep logs. This helps me gain an in depth understanding of what is going on with your little one and how I can tailor the sleep plan just for you! These sleep plans are then sent to me no later than 24 hours before our consultation.
When I send you over the sleep log template I will also send you some availability dates to book in a consultation. This is a 1-1 consultation that will be online or by phone call – whichever suits you! This is to discuss your sleep logs, the observations I have seen and discussion of the method I propose we use. I will listen your thoughts and goals during this and how you feel about things. For this to work, we all need to be on the same page and so any questions you have I will happily answer!
As it says! This is your own plan, with your goals in mind. I will send this to you by email within 24 hours of our Consultation. You then have it to hand to read through, clarify any questions you may have and then as long as you are happy we will start the sleep programme!
